Important Changes to G-2 Club Yearbook Evaluation Form

Things have changed! NGC has changed its evaluation form, and CGCI has changed its evaluation form to conform to NGC's changes. Here are the changes:

1) Extra Points -- these have been added by CGCI.

2) Programs - NGC has added "indicate if special interest club, e.g., horticulture only, design only, etc."

3) Explanation of "give brief word description of projects" has been reworded by NGC.

4) Projects - the five point categories have been added by NGC.

5) More "sub-points" have been added by CGCI to help judges with scoring.

6) Five (5) points will now be deducted if entry is not postmarked by the December 1 deadline.

Of course, clubs do not have to conform to the evaluation form; but if they want to win a blue ribbon and have yearbook go on to Pacific Region and NGC for further judging, conformance is a must.
