Important Information re 2011-2012 Awards (including club yearbook information)

Please note that the forms for the 2011-2012 term have not been posted on the CGCI website yet.  The awards team is working on updating these.  Please note that NGC has changed quite a lot of its awards, application form, submittal processes, etc.  So, please hold tight!  CGCI needs to evaluate the NGC changes and make its own changes. One item which is now affecting the clubs (as new yearbooks are being created this summer) is the G-2 award -- The Club Yearbook Evaluation Form is being updated because of NGC's new requirements/rewording, etc.  The evaluation form will be updated in the next few days and posted on the CGCI website.  It will also be sent to all District Directors for forwarding to clubs.  Please don't send your yearbooks to the printer until you see the new changes for this award which will appear on the G-2 Evaluation Form.  You might want to include these new items in your yearbook so your club can win a blue ribbon at the 2012 CGCI convention (and maybe even at the 2012 NGC convention)!

It seems as though NGC did not make any changes in its requirements for the G-1 Council Yearbooks or the G-3 District Yearbooks.
