Exhibit Room Set-up:  May 20, 10am – 3pm

Exhibit Removal:  May 22, 4:30pm
Confirmation notices and schedule for placement of exhibits will be sent upon receipt of this request.

Hold harmless agreement:
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless California Garden Clubs, Inc., Golden Foothills District and the Hotel, its agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.
