Request for Affiliate Membership Application
An AFFILIATE is an organization with one or more of the objectives of CGCI, has a membership of at least ten members; pays annual dues of $50 regardless of size, but is NOT eligible to apply for
- CGCI liability insurance and/or Directors & Officers insurance,
- CGCI awards program or the
- CGCI Group Tax Exemption Program.
- An Affiliate may also belong to a CGCI district. (separate district dues may apply).
